Guidelines for Minimal Information on Cellular Senescence Experimentation in vivo

As I told you before, on June last year 2023, I was invited to attend the Wiggers Bernard Conference in Vienna on Cellular Senescence in vivo. At this conference, a group of investigators with experience in the identification and characterization of cellular senescence in vivo was invited to share their knowledge and experiences on the study of senescence in different in vivo settings. For two days we presented our data and ideas and discussed how we considered the field should move forward.

Notes were carefully taken and afterwards a manuscript was produced compiling all these data and ideas. The manuscript was circulated among those who attended and participated in the discussions and we finally produced a review manuscript that the journal Cell has recently published:

Guidelines for Minimal Information on Cellular Senescence Experimentation in vivo

We hope this review will be a useful compilation of guidelines that will help those interested in studying senescence in vivo

I hope you like it!
